From drawings to precise details.

We manage the renovation, produce bespoke furniture, coordinate furnishing and installation, and check the result. Work on site and furniture production move together.

Garden Duplex. A home to share.

A contemporary retreat for time with friends and family. After the main phase, the owner decided to fully renovate three more bathrooms.

We organised the next phase inside the already furnished home, with protection for the furniture and finishes.

The furniture is installed; lighting and textiles complete the space. We check the agreed result and finish the details, bringing individual decisions together as your home.

How we manage
your project.

Clear agreements and direct contact with the team — from the start of work to support after handover.

  1. Before work begins — a contract and a clear scope

    After meeting at the property and taking measurements, we agree the work, materials, furniture, cost and indicative timeline. We sign the contract, then begin work.

  2. Changes — agreed before they are made

    First, we discuss what will change, what it will cost and how it affects the timeline. Additional work is recorded in a supplementary agreement before it is carried out.

  3. From abroad — photos, video and direct contact

    We coordinate the work. You receive photos and videos from the property, discuss questions with us and confirm decisions in project correspondence, with calls when needed.

  4. Before handover — checks and outstanding items resolved

    We check work as it progresses and inspect the whole property before completion. Outstanding items are resolved before handover; furniture is checked for installation, adjustments, fronts, fittings and conformity with the agreed design.

  5. After handover — a two-year warranty

    Our work and furniture carry a two-year warranty. Contact AlanyaFurniture directly: we put right issues that fall within our responsibility. New work and changes are agreed separately.
