Everyday life, considered in the design
The layout, fitted storage, kitchen, appliances, lighting and textiles all affect how a home works. We plan these elements together and prepare the working details needed for our implementation at your property.
Our own furniture production connects the design to the dimensions and installation requirements of the space. The exact furniture specification and furnishing scope are agreed before work starts.

Agree the work before starting.
Scope, main materials, furniture, cost, approximate timing and sequence are agreed in advance. We sign a contract before launching the work.
Coordinate implementation.
We manage the coordination of renovation, furniture production, installation and furnishing. You receive photos and videos and discuss the decisions that require your input. We do not promise a fixed daily reporting schedule.
Check and complete.
Work is checked as it progresses. Before handover, we inspect the home and resolve outstanding items, including furniture installation and adjustments.

Can we start discussing the project while I am abroad?
Yes. Send a plan or photographs and describe the property. The initial discussion can happen remotely; the project is developed around a subsequent site visit and measurements.
Do you only work with new apartments?
No. We also consider substantial updates to existing apartments, penthouses, duplexes and villas.
What does a complete project include?
Design, renovation, furniture and furnishing can be brought together. We agree exactly what is included for your home before signing the contract.
How is the cost established?
It depends on the property, agreed work, materials and furniture specification. Plans and photographs help start the discussion; they do not replace the site assessment and agreed scope.
