Last updated: 12 August 2026

AlanyaFurniture respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we may receive when you use our website, submit a form or contact us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, why we need it and what rights you have.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is AlanyaFurniture, a full-cycle interior studio operating in Alanya and Antalya, Türkiye. For any personal-data question, contact info@alanyafurniture.com.

2. Data we may receive

  • your name, username and contact details that you choose to provide;
  • information about your property, such as its type, location, project stage, requirements, indicative budget and timing;
  • messages, files and photographs sent through our form, email, WhatsApp or Instagram Direct;
  • the advertising context and public profile data made available by Meta when you start an Instagram conversation from an ad;
  • technical website logs, including IP address, device and browser type, request time, requested URL and security events.

Please do not send sensitive personal data unless it is required by law or by a specific situation.

3. How we use the data

  • to answer your enquiry and continue the conversation personally;
  • to understand your project, assess feasibility and prepare a proposal;
  • to organise design, renovation, furniture production, furnishing and project supervision;
  • to secure the website, prevent misuse and diagnose errors;
  • to meet contractual and legal obligations;
  • to understand aggregated website performance and improve the client journey.

4. Legal grounds

Depending on the situation, processing is necessary to respond to your request and take steps before a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal duties or pursue our legitimate interests without overriding your fundamental rights and freedoms. We request separate explicit consent where required by law.

5. Who may receive the data

Access is limited to those who need it: authorised AlanyaFurniture team members, hosting, email and technical service providers, and Meta when you communicate through Instagram. We disclose data to public authorities only when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside Türkiye. Where this happens, transfers are made in accordance with applicable law, available safeguards and the relevant provider’s terms.

7. Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary for the enquiry or project. It is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised, unless longer retention is required by law, legal claims or security needs.

8. Security

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures, including access controls, secure connections, backups, software maintenance and security monitoring. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.

9. Your rights

Within Article 11 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you may:

  • learn whether your data is processed and request information about processing;
  • learn the purposes and whether the data is used accordingly;
  • learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad;
  • request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
  • request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met and notification of recipients about correction or deletion;
  • object to a result arising exclusively from automated processing;
  • claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

To exercise these rights, email info@alanyafurniture.com with the subject “Personal Data”. We may reasonably verify your identity to protect the data.

10. Cookies, analytics and technical logs

WordPress and connected functions may use technical local storage or cookies required for site operation and security. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregated page views and performance. Cloudflare states that this tool does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. Hosting server logs may still contain technical information needed for security and diagnostics.

11. Meta and third-party services

If you arrive through an advertisement or contact us on Instagram, Meta processes part of the interaction under its own privacy policy. Other external websites and services linked from our website apply their own rules.

12. Policy updates

We may update this policy when our processes, services or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will always be published on this page.
