Each apartment, its own character

Azura, Avsallar. A collection of completed rental apartments: design, furniture, furnishing, lighting and decorative finishes.

Several apartments, each with its own character

A rental apartment has a particular task: to become a temporary home for people its creators have yet to meet.

At Azura in Avsallar, we worked on several such apartments. Each developed its own character. Some interiors centre on an expressive wall and a generous dining table; others on soft shapes and quiet lines of light.

This story brings together spaces from different apartments. They share our approach to design, furniture and furnishing, while their differences give each interior an identity of its own.

01

A first impression, and what comes after

In one living room, the richly patterned TV wall immediately draws the eye. Lighting defines its edges. A round table, pale chairs and a sofa sit nearby, surrounding this strong focal point with calmer forms.

Another interior takes a softer direction. A pale sofa, a rust-coloured armchair and a fine line of light around the TV wall create a different composition. As colour, proportion and emphasis change, so does the feeling of the room.

02

Light that brings an interior together

Light runs through the story of these Azura apartments. It picks out wall panels, traces the edges of surfaces and appears beside the bed in small pendants.

Our work included furniture, MDF wall panels, decorative plaster and lighting. The overall impression took shape through these elements, from the larger surfaces to the objects people have close to them every day.

03

A different mood in each bedroom

In the bedrooms, the same approach becomes more intimate. The shape of the headboard, the relationship between furniture and wall, and the light beside a bedside table take on greater importance.

In one room, vertical lines and a striking surface behind the bed set a clear rhythm. In another, softer, rounded forms make the composition more gentle. These differences give the apartments individual identities within the same complex.

Several interiors brought to completion

Our work at Azura combined design, furniture, furnishing, lighting and decorative finishes. Major renovation and tiling were outside this scope.

The result is a collection of completed apartments prepared for rental. Each has its own visual identity, shaped by a coordinated approach to space, furniture and light.
